The use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk and it shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials included on this website for any purpose. Further, it is to be acknowledged that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and liability for such is expressly excluded

All items (whether finger, foot, hand or other are handmade to order and you must please check in advance that we can fulfill delivery in a required timescale before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly nor checking orders or misspelling personalised orders.


We aim to dispatch impression kits and order confirmation within 48 hours. We aim to post all completed pieces within four weeks from receipt of your prints/casts. However, we reserve the right to extend those periods especially during busier periods at Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

We will always contact you should an item be out of stock and you will always be given the option of choosing an alternative or we will refund your transaction.

Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or does not arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us at 07 5474 1127 Replacement / refund at our discretion will be considered after 20 working days has passed.

Your Right To Cancel – An order for an impression kit may normally be cancelled (once accepted by us) for any reason prior to the dispatch of the kit. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If the impression kit has been dispatched, a cancellation charge of $20 will apply. If you have returned our impression kit, and your item of jewellery is already being made, we regret that the order cannot be cancelled. In this instance, please follow the guidelines for Returns / Refunds.

Returns & Refunds - We cannot accept returns on Bespoke / Made to Order / Special / Personalised orders. If we have made a mistake on your order, please email us at sales@littleprints.com.au within seven days of receiving your jewellery for instructions for returning the item(s) to us. As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within seven days if it is delivered faulty or damaged.

Title - The title to all goods remains with LittlePrints until received by the customer. These terms and conditions do not override your statutory rights which are unaffected. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail sales@littleprints.com.au or telephone 07 5474 1127 and we will assist you. Once we have approved the return of an order, you will be asked to return the item by insured delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged howsoever arising. In the unlikely event of your receiving a faulty item, return shipping costs will be refunded.

Distance Selling – Please note that bespoke items once ordered commits to purchase once production has commenced. Customers normally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven working days of receipt of the item. However this does not apply to bespoke items.
